A genuinely large non-stick pan — 30 to 34cm across and 9cm deep — for people cooking for a family, not a single portion.

Most non-stick pans top out around 28cm and are too shallow to toss anything without half of it landing on the hob. This one is built for volume: a full stir-fry for five, a pan of bolognese, six eggs at once, or a whole fish laid flat.

Who this pan is for

Choose this if you cook for three or more, or if you want the easy-release convenience of a coated surface for everyday weeknight food. The titanium-reinforced non-stick coating means eggs and fish come away cleanly with very little oil, and washing up takes seconds.

Each size comes three ways: pan only, pan with glass lid, or pan with glass lid and wooden spatula. The lid is worth having if you ever simmer or steam.

Getting the most life out of the coating

We would rather be straight with you: every non-stick coating has a finite life, and how you treat it decides whether that is two years or ten. Cook on low to medium heat — non-stick does not need or want a screaming hot pan. Avoid heating it empty. Let it cool before washing, and hand wash rather than putting it through a dishwasher. Treated that way, this coating lasts a long time.

Care

Hand wash with warm water and a soft sponge. Skip abrasive powders and steel wool — they will shorten the coating's life even though it is rated scratch-resistant.
