Shipping policy
This shipping policy explains where we ship, order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking and how to report delivery problems.
Shipping destinations. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order processing. Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays may begin processing on the next business day. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping costs. Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Within the United States: Standard $8.00, free on orders of $70.00 or more; Express $15.00. Applicable sales tax is also calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery. After processing, standard shipping takes 7–9 days and expedited shipping takes approximately 5 days. Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, remote locations or incorrect addresses. Delivery is not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.
Duties and taxes. Because we ship within the United States only, import duties and customs charges do not apply.
Order tracking. When tracking is available you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking number or link. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package. You can also track your order at https://urban-nest.online/pages/track-order
Address changes. Contact info@urban-nest.online immediately if your delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by incomplete or undeliverable addresses, subject to applicable law.
Lost or damaged packages. If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your package arrives damaged, contact info@urban-nest.online within 7 days with your order number and photographs where available. This matches the 7-day reporting window in our refund policy, and is separate from the 30-day window you have to request a return for any other reason.
