This Urban Nest shipping policy explains where we ship, order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping costs, tracking options, and how to report delivery problems.

  • Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70.00 and over.

  • Express shipping: $15.00.

  • How long: 1–3 business days to process, then 7–9 days in transit for standard, about 5 days for express.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping, and international destinations are not available at checkout. Some products or addresses may not qualify for delivery, and available shipping methods are displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay. Current rates within the United States:

  • Standard: $8.00

  • Standard, free: $0.00 on orders with a total of $70.00 or more

  • Express: $15.00

Estimated Delivery

Estimated transit time after processing:

  • Standard shipping: 7–9 days

  • Expedited shipping: 5 days

Delivery estimates may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, remote locations, or incorrect addresses. Delivery is not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.

Duties and Taxes

Because we ship within the United States only, import duties and customs charges do not apply to Urban Nest orders. Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers receive a shipping-confirmation email containing a tracking number or link. Tracking may take time to update after the package is transferred to the carrier. You can also track your Urban Nest order directly.

Address Changes

Contact info@urban-nest.online immediately if your delivery address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Customers may be responsible for costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses, subject to applicable law.

Delayed Orders

If we cannot ship within the advertised time, we will provide an update and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your package arrives damaged, contact info@urban-nest.online within 7 days. Include your order number and photographs of damaged packaging or products when available.

This matches the 7-day reporting window in our return policy, and is separate from the 30-day window you have to request a return for any other reason.
