What your pan is made of matters.
Five pans, two surfaces. We publish the construction details we can point to a source for — and we say plainly where something is not confirmed.
Uncoated titanium steel
Nothing is applied to the cooking surface. There is no coating to scratch, flake or wear out — which is why these pans are metal-utensil safe without qualification and can be scrubbed properly.
Surface — titanium steel, textured or hammer-pattern
Base — flat; the hammered pan uses a five-layer steel composite base
Trade-off — browns properly, but asks you to preheat and let food release on its own
See the uncoated pans →Titanium non-stick
A titanium-reinforced coating for immediate release. Easier to live with day to day, and the coating has a finite life that depends almost entirely on how hot you run the pan.
Surface — titanium-reinforced non-stick; the set uses a lotus-leaf-inspired texture
Core — triple-layer composite base (large pan) or aluminium alloy core (24cm)
Materials — described as food-grade and PFOA-free
See the non-stick pans →The range, in numbers.

What we have not confirmed
We do not rate any pan in this range as oven, broiler or dishwasher safe. Hand wash them and keep them on the cooktop.
Metal handles get hot during cooking — use a cloth or a mitt. If there is a detail you need that is not published anywhere on this site, email info@urban-nest.online and we will tell you what our documentation says, including when it says nothing.
