A calmer kitchen starts with cookware you understand.

Most cookware frustration is not about cooking. It is about not knowing what you own. We would rather tell you exactly what this pan is, what fits your cooktop, and what arrives in the box.

Too many single-purpose pans

A 28 or 30 cm pan with two handles covers a lot of weeknight cooking, so fewer pieces sit unused at the back of the cupboard.

Material language that explains nothing

Ours is titanium with a 304 stainless steel base and an uncoated cooking surface. Where documentation stops, our claims stop too.

Uncertainty about your cooktop

The listing states gas, induction and electric. Choose your size against your burner and the space you cook in.

Built around verified details

Six things we can put in writing today.

Four everyday sizes

26, 28, 30 and 32 cm, so the pan matches your burner and your household.

Three cooktop types

Listed as suitable for gas, induction and electric cooktops.

Named construction

Titanium body with a 304 stainless steel base and an uncoated cooking surface.

Two side handles

Riveted loop handles in silver or gold, one on each side, for a level lift.

Lid is your choice

Order the pan on its own, or the version that includes a glass lid.

What your pan is made of matters.

Here is the construction as our product documentation states it. We label only what is documented — no cutaway diagram of layers we cannot verify.

Cooking surface

Uncoated, with a hammered texture across the interior.

Body

Titanium. We do not describe it as solid, pure, clad or coated titanium — the documentation does not say that.

Base

304 stainless steel, flat, which is why induction is listed alongside gas and electric.

Handles

Two riveted loop handles, silver or gold finish. Handles get hot in use — lift with a cloth or mitt.

An everyday routine, in four steps

Follow the care leaflet supplied with your pan. Where it is silent, ask us rather than guess.

01

Check your setup

Confirm your cooktop type and pick the diameter that suits your burner and your usual portions.

02

Prepare as directed

Unpack, check what arrived against your order, and follow the supplied first-use instructions.

03

Cook with control

Use the heat levels, fats and utensils the manufacturer permits. Lift by both handles with a cloth.

04

Cool, clean and store

Let the pan cool, then clean it as the supplied care instructions describe, and dry before storing.

From first cook to everyday routine

01

Unbox and check. Confirm the size, handle finish and whether a glass lid was part of the option you chose.

02

Prepare it as the leaflet says. Wash or prepare the pan exactly as the supplied instructions describe before the first cook.

03

Learn its heat. Cook a few familiar dishes on your own cooktop and note the settings that suit them.

04

Keep the care guide. Store it with the pan. If a question is not answered there, write to us.

What we publish, and what we don’t

Urban Nest is a new store. Rather than fill this page with ratings and quotes we cannot stand behind, here is our standard.

No invented proof

You will not find review counts, star ratings, expert endorsements or awards here until they exist and are ours to show.

Claims tied to documents

Materials, sizes, compatibility and box contents come from the product documentation. Anything undocumented is left out.

Questions answered directly

Write to info@urban-nest.online or use our contact page. If we do not know, we will say so.

How it compares, in general terms

Category-level differences, not a scoreboard. Cookware varies by brand and model, so treat the alternatives as broad tendencies and check any specific pan against its own documentation.

Urban Nest titanium pan

Surface: uncoated, hammered texture

Cooktops: gas, induction, electric

Sizes: 26–32 cm

Handles: two riveted side handles

Lid: optional glass lid

Coated non-stick pans

Release food with little fat, and usually ask for gentle utensils, moderate heat and eventual replacement as the coating wears. Compatibility and heat limits differ by brand.

Conventional stainless steel

Hard-wearing and good for browning and deglazing. Cooks tend to manage preheating and fat more deliberately, and pans often need a soak or scrub.

Cast iron

Heavy, holds heat well, and typically wants seasoning and careful drying. Weight matters if you lift a full pan to the table often.

Several single-purpose pans

Each one does its job, but they cost more together, take more cupboard space, and each has its own care routine to remember.

Compatibility and care, before you buy

The limits belong on the page, not in the small print.

Confirmed

  • Gas cooktops
  • Induction cooktops
  • Electric cooktops
  • Sizes 26, 28, 30 and 32 cm
  • Glass lid included only with a lid option
  • Handles are metal and get hot — use a cloth

Not yet documented

We have no manufacturer statement for these, so we make no claim either way. Follow the leaflet supplied with your pan, and ask us if it is silent:

  • Oven or broiler use
  • Dishwasher cleaning
  • Metal utensils
  • Maximum heat setting
  • Seasoning or first-use oiling
  • Specific cleaning products

Questions, answered honestly

What is the pan made from?+

Titanium with a 304 stainless steel base, and an uncoated cooking surface with a hammered texture. That is how the product documentation describes it.

Is it solid titanium, titanium-coated, or titanium-reinforced?+

Our documentation states titanium with a 304 stainless steel base and does not specify a layer structure. We will not describe it as solid, pure, clad, coated or reinforced titanium without that detail in writing.

Is the cooking surface coated?+

The pan is listed with an uncoated cooking surface. Because no coating is applied, we make no non-stick performance claim — food behaviour depends on your heat, fat and technique.

Which cooktops can I use it on?+

Gas, induction and electric cooktops, as stated in the product listing.

Which sizes and finishes are available?+

Diameters of 26, 28, 30 and 32 cm, with a silver or gold handle finish, each available with or without a glass lid.

Is a lid included?+

Only if you choose an option that names a cover or lid. Those include one glass lid. The single-pot options include the pan only.

Is it oven-safe, broiler-safe or dishwasher-safe?+

We do not have manufacturer confirmation for oven, broiler or dishwasher use, so we publish no guidance on it. Follow the care leaflet supplied with the pan, and contact us before using it in a way the leaflet does not cover.

Can I use metal utensils, and does it need seasoning?+

Neither utensil compatibility nor a seasoning routine is documented for this pan, so we state neither. The supplied instructions take precedence, and our team will help if something is unclear.

What about PTFE, PFAS, PFOA or other substances?+

We hold no test report or certification for this pan, so we make no chemical, toxicity or safety claim in either direction. If you need laboratory documentation before buying, email us and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot provide.

Where do you ship, and what if I need to return it?+

Destinations, timings and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Return Policy. Those pages are the terms that apply to your order.
