It is also the easiest pan in our range to use — no preheating technique required, no learning curve. If your hands or wrists find a heavy skillet awkward, 800g makes a real difference.

Two surfaces to choose from

Getting the most life out of the coating

Non-stick coatings wear out; how you use them decides how fast. Keep the heat low to medium — this pan heats quickly and does not need a high flame. Never heat it empty. Let it cool before it goes near water, and hand wash it. Do that and it will serve you for years rather than months.

Care

Warm water and a soft sponge. No abrasive powders, no steel wool, no dishwasher.
