This is our easiest pan to live with, sold as a finished set rather than a pan you then have to accessorise. At 32cm it comfortably feeds five or six, and with the steamer basket in place it becomes a two-tier cooker: protein below, vegetables or dumplings above.

Choose this if you are setting up a kitchen from scratch, replacing a tired non-stick set, or buying a gift. The titanium non-stick surface means food releases cleanly with very little oil and washing up takes seconds — no technique, no learning curve.

Getting the most life out of the coating
We would rather be straight with you: every non-stick coating has a finite life, and how you treat it decides whether that is two years or ten. Cook on low to medium heat — non-stick does not need a screaming hot pan. Never heat it empty. Let it cool before washing, and hand wash rather than using a dishwasher. Treated that way, this set lasts a long time.
Care
Warm water and a soft sponge on the pan. No abrasive powders, no steel wool. The steamer basket and lid also wash by hand.
